De Psycho Informa Group is opgericht in 1995 in Schoonhoven, de
zilverstad van Nederland. Daarvoor bestond het al onder de naam Psychologen Praktijk
Schoonhoven e.o. sinds 1987. Eind 1997 werd het huidige pand aangekocht, een oude
zilverfabriek, en volledig verbouwd.
Begonnen als praktijk van een behandelaar is het vandaag de dag uitgegroeid tot een
praktijk met 8 behandelend psychologen, 2 mediators, 2 praktijkassistentes en zijn er de
nodige bedrijven die ruimtes huren.

The Psycho Informa Group is founded in 1995 in Schoonhoven, the silver town of Holland.
It was known since 1987 under the name of Psychology Practice Schoonhoven. At the end
of 1997 a new home was found for the company in the building where we still work now:
and old silver factory which was totally redocorated.
It started as a practice with just one psychologist, but is nowadays grown to a practice
with 8 psychologists, 2 mediatiors, 2 assistents and some companies do rent rooms.

Een eerstelijns psychologenpraktijk is gericht op kortdurende behandeling (5-20
gesprekken) en werkt met een diversiteit aan problemen en methodes. Vrijwel elke
aanvullende verzekering vergoed deze behandeling gedeeltelijk, soms zelfs geheel. Vanaf
1-1-2008 worden 8 zittingen vergoed vanuit de basisverzekering en meer vanuit de
aanvullende verzekeringen.

A first line psychology practice which focuses on short solution focused therapy (5-20
sessions) and works with a diversity of problems and methods. Almost all insurances do pay
(part of) the sessions. In 2008 8 sessions will be payed for by the basis insurance and
more by top insurances.
